GPRS / HSDPA-based Internet access, a technology that is part of the GSM communications standard, the use of the internet has brought into the range of the population in developing countries. No where the digital revolution is that it feels like Nigeria which lasted less than half a million telephone lines in 2001 to more mobile phone subscribers 70 million in 2008. Now the cost of Internet phone using GPRS, HSDPA and other technologies more affordable for the day.
